Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the Sony product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
